At Anuja’s Kitchen, we are committed to delivering fresh, hygienic, and high-quality seafood to our customers. Since seafood is a perishable food product, we follow a strict but fair refund and cancellation policy to protect both our customers and our business.
1. Order Cancellation
✔ Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order. ✔ Once the seafood has been cleaned, packed, or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed. ✔ To cancel, please contact our customer support immediately via phone or WhatsApp.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will only be provided in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Quantity mismatch
Product is spoiled, rotten, or not fit for consumption
Packaging is damaged causing leakage or contamination
⚠ Refunds will not be given for:
Change of mind after delivery
Delay caused due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions
If the customer is not available to receive the order
If the product is not stored properly after delivery
3. How to Request a Refund
To raise a refund request:
Contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order
Share clear photos or a short video of the product
Provide your order number
Requests received after 2 hours will not be considered.
4. Refund Processing
If approved, the refund will be:
Credited back to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
Once the refund is approved amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 4-6 working days.
